Helping individuals understand themselves and break the patterns that keep them stuck
You might be here because something feels off, even if you can’t fully explain it. Maybe you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. You may be trying to cope in ways that don’t feel good anymore, or struggling to make changes that actually last.
Therapy is a space to slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and begin to shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
What I Help With
-
Trauma & Inner Child Work
We explore how past experiences continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and begin to shift those patterns in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
-
Anxiety & Depression
We look beyond symptom management to understand what’s underneath, while also building tools to help you feel more grounded day-to-day.
-
Addiction & Maladaptive Coping
We work to understand the role these behaviors have played and develop healthier, more supportive ways of coping.
-
Religious Trauma & Deconstruction
Support in processing and redefining beliefs, identity, and autonomy after harmful or restrictive religious experiences.
-
Life Transitions & Identity Work
Whether you’re navigating change, loss, or a shift in direction, we focus on helping you feel more anchored in who you are and where you’re going.
I see clients for individual therapy both in person and through telehealth. Sessions are 50 minutes, and my fee is $200.
