About Alexandra
I believe therapy can be a space for deeper understanding, meaningful change, and learning how to relate to yourself with more honest and compassion.
Therapy that looks beneath the surface.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand but deeply want to change.
My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and trauma informed. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, coping strategies, and survival patterns that may have once been protective but no longer feel sustainable.
I strive to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and emotionally safe enough for clients to slow down, reflect honestly, and experience meaningful growth over time.
Healing often begins with understanding.
Many emotional struggles are rooted in earlier experiences, relationships, and environments that shaped how we learned to cope, protect ourselves, or stay connected to others.
Therapy can help bring awareness to these patterns with greater compassion, curiosity, creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
A grounded and relational approach.
I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and able to show up without judgment. My style tends to balance emotional depth with honesty, reflection, and practical insight.
Outside of therapy, I value simplicity, creativity, meaningful connection, nature, and creating spaces that feel calm and grounding.
