I am an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
What if I'm not sure where to start?
That's completely okay. You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Many people come in simply knowing that something feels off. We'll make sense of it together.

Finding the right therapist matters. During our consultation, we'll talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
